We're a non-profit, self-organised community. AlpineX is run by its members and was started by a handful of people who already have strong ties to Crans-Montana and wanted to create something that would unite people in this great alpine town. We handle everything ourselves: the events, the curation, the logistics. That's how you keep things genuine.

Working Sessions
Hike & Decide takes a group onto the mountains to work through a real challenge. Pitch nights give founders a serious audience. Different formats, same intent — leave with something useful.

Larger-scale moments such as our annual conference, keynote sessions, and team offsite hosting.
