All boat rentals may be subject to a damage deposit, which must be authorized on a credit card.   First time renters must post a deposit.   Deposits are as follows: recreational kayak $500.00, touring kayak$100.00, double kayak $1200.00.   Deposits are not charged to the credit card, they only verify and hold funds in case of need.   They automatically expire in 10 days.

Delivery / Pick-up

Tae will deliver and pick-up rentals for a fee, with a 6 boat minimum.   All delivery and pick-up requests must be made with an advanced reservation at least 10 days before rental date.

Group Rentals

Any rental of 6 boats or more reserved under one name, paid by one source, will receive a 20% discount off published rental rates.   Discount does not apply to delivery fee.

Pick-up and Return

A one day rental may begin at 7:00pm the day before use, and end at 7:00 pm on the day of use.   Renter may also pick-up rentals after 10:00am on the day rented, for return by 7:00 pm.   Any rentals held overnight by the renter must have a secure storage location.   TAE is not responsible for lost or stolen boats.
