White Pass X-Press
Taking the Ski Bus to White Pass

For White Pass, we will run for ten weeks straight, Thursdays from January 10 to March 14 (yep, 4 days in January, 4 days in February, and 2 in March). The full season deal, a luxury seat on the X-Press for All 10 weeks retails at just $300. Oh, but wait there’s more! Sign-up by December 30 and save $50. That’s right, just $250 by the end of December. Register in person at the Alpine Experience.

Our bus will be hosted again this season by Team Alpine Athlete Teri Bevelacqua. Teri chaperoned busses for her kids years ago, and has long ridden the Wednesday OSG bus. She stepped up to run our bus because she fell in love with the new Paradise Basin at White Pass and wants to ride it more. Teri’s job is to help you have fun. So we will have theme days, activities, events, prizes, deals and much more. Once you subscribe, we will keep you updated with all the info as it happens. Monday, December 10 all remaining seats will go on sale for $30 each and they will be sold right up until the bus leaves or until we are sold out. Many of you also wanted a bus to Crystal Mountain ….

Whitey’s Magic Bus

This year we’re going to debut Whitey’s Magic Bus – running Tuesdays to Crystal Mountain, starting January 8 for ten weeks! Yep, Tuesdays to Crystal.

This inaugural year of Whitey’s Magic Bus will be hosted by none other than our own Alex ‘Whitey’ White. The bus will depart from Olympia at 7:00 AM and return around 7:00 PM each Tuesday. Whitey promises to have exciting games, contests, and lots of fun each week.

You can get your ten-week subscription to the Magic Bus for just $300. Of course, just like White Pass, order before 12/30 and save $50 paying just $250 for all ten weeks.

Can’t go all Ten Weeks?

We also heard that last season people wanted to go more than once, but couldn’t commit to 10 straight weeks. Well, this year, we have the pass for you – The Cascade FLEX Pass – 8 vouchers for a seat on either the White Pass X-Press or Whitey’s Magic Bus on any week (subject to availability, and yes, we will do the math and not oversell). You can turn in all 8 vouchers on 12/10 for tickets to specific weeks – or you can wait and trade them in with each use. Vouchers can be turned in for tickets right up until the bus leaves or is sold out. So the longer you wait to commit, you’ll have less selection, or no ride.

But the Flex Pass vouchers are good on Tuesday or Thursday, either bus. In fact you can invite a friend and use more than one pass for the same day. For maximum flexibility with minimum commitment, this is the program for you.

If you’re worried about using all the vouchers up, don’t worry, we’ve got a little insurance. On March 14, if you haven’t ridden all 8 rides, your vouchers are good as $25 gift cards at The Alpine Experience.

Go when you want!

All seats not sold to subscribers will go on sale for purchase on December 10, 2012, for $30 a ticket. Tickets will be sold until the bus leaves each week, or we run out of seats. Once you’ve purchased a ticket, however, it is yours. No returns, refunds or exchanges. It’s the only way we are able to keep our costs manageable, you see. For complete details or to Sign Up – visit us at the store.

Sorry for the delay in getting back. The pickup location is at the Lacey Top Foods. I don’t think it will work for Kennewick.
